JAMEZZ KIMBROUGH
Coach Jamezz, a native of Homewood, Illinois, attended Homewood-Flossmoor High School, where he was a three-year varsity starter. Jamezz continued his academic and athletic career at Central Michigan University, starting in 43 games on the offensive line for the Division I program, including 31 consecutive starts at center. He earned recognition as Offensive Newcomer of the Year in 2017 and was voted onto the leadership council as a freshman.

Despite missing his sophomore season due to injury, Jamezz earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors his junior year, Second Team All-Conference honors and First Team All-Conference recognition from Phil Steele Magazine his senior year. He was also a team captain during his junior year and senior season.

In his rookie professional season with the Billings Outlaws in 2024, Jamezz was named a team captain and led his team to victory in ArenaBowl XXXIII, securing the AFL Championship. His performance earned him All-League AFL honors, including Second Team All-AFL and “Off the Wall” First Team AFL recognition as a rookie.
Now returning for the 2025 season, Jamezz brings championship-level experience and leadership to HITSQUAD Academy, inspiring the next generation of athletes to excel on and off the field.
DESMOND BLAND
Desmond is a native of Homewood, Illinois, and attended Homewood-Flossmoor High School, where he was a 4 year varsity starter & 3-star recruit according to 247 Sports. He continued his career at Arizona Western College on scholarship, where the Matadors posted a stellar 20-2 record and played in back-to-back NJCAA national championship games. Desmond was twice voted an NJCAA All-American.
DESMOND BLAND
Finishing his time at Arizona Western as a 4-star recruit by Rivals, he received scholarship offers from Florida State, Arizona, Iowa State, Louisville, and Missouri before committing to the University of Nebraska. He later concluded his collegiate career at the University of West Florida.

Now playing professionally, Desmond spent the 2023 season with the San Diego Strike Force of the Indoor Football League. In 2024 he signed with the Southwest Kansas Storm in the Arena Football League (AFL), and mid season he received an NFL opportunity with the New Orleans Saints!
Desmond’s journey from college to professional football brings invaluable experience to HITSQUAD Academy, where he continues to develop the next generation of athletes.
